Requirements
- Extensive Business Development experience in a comparable tele BD role.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and core KPIs.
- Expertise in various approaches to drive business development.
- Strong presentation, selling, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working on own initiative.
- Resilient and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Drive sales via phone and Microsoft Teams.
- Conduct live demos and nurture prospect relationships.
- Maintain communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Draft relevant proposals for potential customers.
- Update sales pipeline and document outcomes.
- Provide comprehensive reports on performance.
- Develop and execute PR and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product launches and continuous improvement.
