Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive support across tasks and projects within an agile pod structure.
- Perform diary management, scheduling, and email correspondence.
- Prepare, format, and edit documents to high standards.
- Conduct accurate data entry and reporting.
- Proactively recommend process improvements and streamline workflows.
- Assist in automating repetitive tasks and embedding best practices.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent service quality.
