  • Deliver comprehensive support across tasks and projects within an agile pod structure.
  • Perform diary management, scheduling, and email correspondence.
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents to high standards.
  • Conduct accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Proactively recommend process improvements and streamline workflows.
  • Assist in automating repetitive tasks and embedding best practices.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent service quality.
