Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related technical industries.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across corporate and operational roles at varying levels of seniority.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent sourcing, networking, and talent market research capabilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruitment decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse, international, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and AI-enabled sourcing technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for a range of roles across the organization.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and define effective hiring strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights on talent markets, competitor activity, and hiring trends to inform decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and networks across relevant industries, ensuring continuous access to high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize data, recruitment metrics, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
  • Collaborate with regional and global talent acquisition teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable recruitment practices.
  • Design and implement tailored sourcing strategies for new and challenging requisitions.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes by leveraging feedback, analytics, and best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
