Requirements
- Deep background as a People BP in high-growth tech startups or IaaS/SaaS.
- Strong, practical knowledge of French employment law.
- Proven experience managing relations with the Comité Social et Économique (CSE).
- Experience in building culture across time zones.
- Proven track record of leading transformative People projects.
- Exceptional English storytelling skills.
- Comfortable with data and analytical problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a decentralized, fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in French and English.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching and insights.
- Own the full lifecycle of People initiatives (e.g., Talent Management, L&D, Engagement).
- Manage essential routines in compensation, performance cycles, and employee relations.
- Leverage metrics and feedback to identify trends and propose solutions.
- Guide teams through organizational shifts.
- Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.
