Requirements
- Experience using AI agents and platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, LangChain, Cursor).
- Proficiency in automation via TypeScript, Go, or Python.
- Experience with cloud-native web application development and security (AWS, containers).
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, AIUC-1, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.).
- Experience with compliance programs like SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, and GDPR.
- Background in GRC Engineering principles, control monitoring automation, and system design.
Responsibilities
- Drive internal AI governance programs such as ISO 42001.
- Lead a cross-functional 'Hardening Enterprise AI Team'.
- Research and implement scalable and compliant AI guardrails.
- Partner with GRC, Security, and Product teams on AI risk and compliance.
- Champion responsible AI usage and best practices across the company.
- Build agentic AI and deterministic automation to scale GRC programs.
- Evangelize AI and GRC Engineering via blogs and events.
