Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in integration, automation, AI, or software engineering.
- 1+ year hands-on experience with Workato.
- Proven expertise with Enterprise iPaaS (Workato, Mulesoft, or similar).
- Deep proficiency in architecting AI workflows and integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and Snowflake.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Ruby, or similar languages.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Snowflake Cortex Search, pgvector).
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and agentic architecture.
- Proficiency with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (GCP or AWS preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes, connectors, and orchestrations for Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and Snowflake.
- Architect multi-agent systems including tool selection, planning loops, and state management.
- Design and automate data flow processes to support AI retrieval (RAG) and insights generation.
- Own the RAG lifecycle end-to-end including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and reranking.
- Implement production observability including prompt/response tracing and cost monitoring.
- Write modular, reusable scripts in Python, Ruby, SQL, or JavaScript.
- Maintain technical documentation and version control via GitHub and Jira.
