Requirements
- Must have end-to-end sales experience — from lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, to closing business
- Must have strong experience in the B2B market
- Good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must have experience handling enterprise accounts or large corporate clients
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar quota-carrying sales role
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct effective sales calls and product demonstrations to highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions
- Address prospect questions, handle objections, and demonstrate how the offering solves their business needs
- Build and maintain strong prospect and client relationships
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing business fit, pain points, budget, and buying intent
- Manage and track opportunities using CRM tools
- Prioritize leads and manage time effectively to meet or exceed sales targets
- Use strong negotiation skills to drive win-win agreements
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams
