Requirements

  • Must have end-to-end sales experience — from lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, to closing business
  • Must have strong experience in the B2B market
  • Good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must have experience handling enterprise accounts or large corporate clients
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar quota-carrying sales role
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct effective sales calls and product demonstrations to highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions
  • Address prospect questions, handle objections, and demonstrate how the offering solves their business needs
  • Build and maintain strong prospect and client relationships
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing business fit, pain points, budget, and buying intent
  • Manage and track opportunities using CRM tools
  • Prioritize leads and manage time effectively to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Use strong negotiation skills to drive win-win agreements
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams
