Requirements
- 2+ years of experience closing high-ticket services in digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of selling to business owners and managing partners in service-based industries.
- Ability to speak fluently about revenue, leads, and ROI.
- Experience managing or coaching appointment setters.
- High level of self-discipline for remote, founder-led startup environments.
- Availability to cover core US hours (8am–7pm CST).
Responsibilities
- Own the full closing cycle, taking 7–10+ qualified calls per week across all US time zones.
- Manage and coach a front-end appointment setter by reviewing call recordings and running role-play sessions.
- Handle complex objections regarding ROI and differentiation.
- Conduct daily video syncs with leadership to review pipeline health.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on revenue, close rates, and setter performance.
- Scale the performance of the sales function to meet monthly targets.
