Responsibilities
- Build and manage own outbound pipeline across the US and LATAM
- Open relationships with founders, People leaders, and hiring managers
- Run discovery calls to understand hiring pain points
- Position solutions consultatively
- Send proposals and close recruiting and TaaS partnerships
- Partner with the recruiting team for client handoffs
- Help shape the commercial playbook
