  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or EdTech.
  • Proven success in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Strong hunting and deal-closing skills.
  • Experience selling to TA, HR, L&D, and technical leadership.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Ability to adapt and iterate based on customer feedback.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage with customers that need HackerRank’s Developer Skills Platform solutions.
  • Partner with Growth Team to identify opportunities and generate demand with strategic prospects.
  • Execute with urgency to grow the business and close deals.
  • Work with key decision-makers in Talent Acquisition, Engineering, HR, L&D, and technical leadership.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to influence the roadmap and enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility.
