Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or EdTech.
- Proven success in an early-stage startup environment.
- Strong hunting and deal-closing skills.
- Experience selling to TA, HR, L&D, and technical leadership.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
- Ability to adapt and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage with customers that need HackerRank’s Developer Skills Platform solutions.
- Partner with Growth Team to identify opportunities and generate demand with strategic prospects.
- Execute with urgency to grow the business and close deals.
- Work with key decision-makers in Talent Acquisition, Engineering, HR, L&D, and technical leadership.
- Provide feedback to the product team to influence the roadmap and enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility.
