Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction/industrial applications or 5+ years of commercial/sales experience with complex customers.
- Demonstrated distribution/wholesale sales experience for large customers.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate on all levels within internal and external groups.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to quarterback a team of internal resources.
- Knowledge of how distributors/wholesalers support B2B sales.
- Comfortable with analytical, data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of responsibility for strategic account customer lifecycle management.
- Manage end-to-end customer experience for existing contracts including service levels and commitments.
- Oversee pricing and E-commerce strategies with support from the Digital Team.
- Drive account penetration by providing the full scope of products and services.
- Perform risk mitigation, ensure contractual compliance, and develop controls.
- Lead reporting and continuous improvement initiatives with the Sales Operations team.
- Manage the quotation process for new contracts with the Quotations Team.
- Lead new contract roll-out efforts.
