Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction/industrial applications or 5+ years of commercial/sales experience with complex customers.
  • Demonstrated distribution/wholesale sales experience for large customers.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate on all levels within internal and external groups.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to quarterback a team of internal resources.
  • Knowledge of how distributors/wholesalers support B2B sales.
  • Comfortable with analytical, data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of responsibility for strategic account customer lifecycle management.
  • Manage end-to-end customer experience for existing contracts including service levels and commitments.
  • Oversee pricing and E-commerce strategies with support from the Digital Team.
  • Drive account penetration by providing the full scope of products and services.
  • Perform risk mitigation, ensure contractual compliance, and develop controls.
  • Lead reporting and continuous improvement initiatives with the Sales Operations team.
  • Manage the quotation process for new contracts with the Quotations Team.
  • Lead new contract roll-out efforts.
