Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Experience working with US/UK or Australian clients
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Tech savvy (desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, VoIP)
- Proficiency with word-processing software and spreadsheets
- Ability to work on a graveyard shift
- Hardware requirements: USB Noise Cancellation headset, working webcam, computer (1.8 GHz, 4GB RAM)
- Internet requirements: 25 Mbps main, 10 Mbps backup
Responsibilities
- Conduct the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with international prospects
- Conduct virtual meetings and product demos with decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine lead generation efforts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and report on pipeline progress
- Set sales goals to increase revenue & report sales team performance results
- Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys
- Conduct general administration tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact
