Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- At least 2+ years selling VDRs, due diligence platforms, or M&A workflow software
- Existing network in M&A advisor, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development communities
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to navigate long, structured sales cycles
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders such as Partners, Directors, or Investment Professionals
- Self-direction in a remote, international, fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust in high-stakes environments
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Perform outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and account-based strategies
- Conduct lead qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
- Sell the Due Diligence Suite including VDR and AI-powered tools
- Engage senior stakeholders across PE, VC, M&A advisory, and corporate finance
- Clearly communicate product value in high-trust, high-stakes deal environments
- Contribute to and refine global go-to-market strategy
- Take ownership of an SDR to support pipeline generation after onboarding
