Requirements
- 6 years of progressive experience in Information Processing.
- 3 years of experience in Information Processing involving hardware/software solutions.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems, and training customers.
- Hands-on experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) IT hosting solutions.
- Must hold an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
- IAT-II level certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, etc.).
- Cloud certification (e.g., Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Architect).
- Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, etc.).
- Knowledge of RMF, NIST, and DoD cybersecurity standards.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, analyzing and resolving technical issues in response to customer-reported incidents and service requests.
- Performing planning and analysis of IT support workflows and operational processes.
- Researching, analyzing, and reporting on incident trends and system performance patterns.
- Developing and maintaining problem tracking databases and knowledge repositories.
- Creating technical documentation and conducting training sessions for end users.
- Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Performing system backup, restoration, and recovery operations.
- Consulting with users and stakeholders to identify system requirements and functional gaps.
- Conducting feasibility studies and trade-off assessments to support technical decision-making.
- Ensuring strict adherence to DoD and DLA information security and cybersecurity policies.
