- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Six years of progressive experience in Information Processing
- Three years of experience specialized in hardware/software solutions
- Two years of hands-on experience in installation, diagnosis, and training
- IAT-II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, CySA+)
- Google Cloud certification (Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect)
- AWS/Azure/Oracle/Red Hat certification
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, analyzing and resolving technical issues in response to customer-reported incidents and service requests.
- Performing planning and analysis of IT support workflows and operational processes.
- Researching, analyzing, and reporting on incident trends and system performance patterns.
- Developing and maintaining problem tracking databases and knowledge repositories.
- Creating technical documentation and conducting computing and information systems training sessions.
- Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Performing system backup, restoration, and recovery operations.
- Consulting with users and stakeholders to identify system requirements and functional gaps.
- Conducting feasibility studies and trade-off assessments.
- Ensuring strict adherence to DoD and DLA information security and cybersecurity policies.
