Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences marketing or sales.
- Ability to travel up to 35%.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Execute multi‐channel market development plans that support company objectives for assigned conditions.
- Develop and implement programs that increase awareness of targeted conditions and promote best practices in screening, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Equip the sales organization with tools, resources, and insights that enhance field execution and product adoption.
- Support patient activation initiatives by ensuring clear, relevant, and accessible educational content across digital and clinical touchpoints.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the patient journey and collaborate with advocacy organizations to expand patient reach.
- Gather and analyze market, clinical, competitive, and payer insights to inform strategy and cross‐functional decision‐making.
- Assist in developing and managing relationships with clinical thought leaders, societies, and advocacy groups to elevate disease awareness and treatment standards.
- Collaborate closely with field sales teams to ensure alignment between market development initiatives and field needs.
- Manage assigned projects to completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
