Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS architectures, and AI-driven technologies.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with video management systems or access control technologies is a plus.
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer challenges into clear technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong collaboration, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
