- Excellent judgment on design process and speed-versus-depth trade-offs.
- Comfortable presenting design decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work within established design systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for our Card Platform.
- Support the design needs of our Trust & Invest business.
- Drive customer insight and research through interviews, usability tests, and concept testing.
- Act as the team's advocate for the user perspective in cross-functional discussions.
- Operate as a senior design thought-partner for product and engineering leadership.
- Represent design in client-facing settings.
- Maintain design coherence across the product suite using existing design patterns.
- Handle the full range of design needs from mobile UX iterations to experimental AI-powered features.
