- Ability to define problems autonomously without detailed briefs
- Experience working directly with engineering and ML teams
Responsibilities
- Design interfaces for AI brain behavior and reasoning explanation
- Design micro-interactions and tone for AI conversational presence
- Prototype in code or with AI tools
- Work directly with engineering and ML teams to ship design decisions
- Define and establish new design patterns for autonomous agents
