Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI, product design, design engineering, or hybrid design/frontend experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating a mix of design work and code/prototypes.
- Expertise with Figma, specifically component specs and design systems.
- Strong React proficiency.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience designing AI-native or conversational interfaces.
- Understanding of LLM-specific design challenges like streaming and dynamic outputs.
- Experience designing for non-technical users in enterprise or internal tools contexts.
- Familiarity with information architecture and AI tools like Google AI Suite or Claude Enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Define the design language for a suite of AI-native employee tools.
- Design, prototype, and productize AI-powered experiences across four signature service areas.
- Design for agentic and AI-native interfaces, including multi-step task flows and proactive systems.
- Design for collaboration with AI across input types like text, voice, and ambient.
- Apply familiarity with LLM orchestration patterns and design user control for autonomous systems.
- Partner with AI engineers and product managers to bridge design intent and technical execution.
- Conduct usability testing to validate and iterate on design decisions.
- Contribute to the AI knowledge base and maintain clear tool documentation.
