- Identify opportunities, frame problems, set design direction, and ship.
- Design AI-driven discovery experiences that feel human and build trust.
- Serve both sides of the market, balancing creator and consumer needs.
- Prototype at speed using AI-assisted tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Lovable.
- Mentor and elevate the craft of designers on the team.
- Work closely with engineers to close the gap between concept and shipped experience.
