Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, merge request workflows, and pipeline debugging.
- Senior-level backend/platform engineering experience.
- Experience working with LLM, prompt-driven, or agentic workflows.
- Strong understanding of observability, including logging, telemetry, debugging, run tracking, and operational visibility.
- Experience supporting internal developer tools or platforms used by multiple engineering teams.
- Ability to execute tactical improvements independently.
- Comfortable reviewing and improving generated code changes, codemods, and automated merge requests.
- Advanced English Level.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust AI infrastructure and developer platforms to accelerate the internal machine learning lifecycle.
- Build seamless CI/CD pipelines tailored specifically for machine learning models and AI application deployment.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and compute clusters to ensure cost-effective and high-performance model training.
- Develop internal CLI tools, SDKs, and automated workflows to improve the daily developer experience for AI teams.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to standardize infrastructure requirements across projects.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability tools for tracking both system infrastructure and model performance.
- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of the platform in compliance with industry best practices.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and MLOps tools into the existing ecosystem.
- Provide technical mentorship and documentation to internal engineering teams to facilitate smooth platform adoption.
- Streamline data engineering pipelines to ensure efficient data access and preparation for AI development.
