Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, campus/corporate placements, or tech recruiting.
- Proven track record of building lead pipelines and driving end-to-end partnerships.
- Strong understanding of hiring dynamics in US product companies.
- Proficiency in using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High ownership mindset and strong execution capability.
- Must be open to night shift hours and occasional weekend calls.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to hiring managers and technical recruiters in the US.
- Use prospecting tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Ocean, and SignalHire.
- Establish and manage long-term relationships with hiring stakeholders.
- Understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent flow of relevant candidates.
- Own partner engagement from discovery to final offer.
- Share contextualized talent shortlists and follow through until the offer stage.
- Drive placements actively and meet conversion targets.
- Maintain performance dashboards and lead quality records.
