  • Proven track record of building lead pipelines and driving end-to-end partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of hiring dynamics in US product companies.
  • Proficiency in using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High ownership mindset and strong execution capability.
  • Must be open to night shift hours and occasional weekend calls.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to hiring managers and technical recruiters in the US.
  • Use prospecting tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Ocean, and SignalHire.
  • Establish and manage long-term relationships with hiring stakeholders.
  • Understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent flow of relevant candidates.
  • Own partner engagement from discovery to final offer.
  • Share contextualized talent shortlists and follow through until the offer stage.
  • Drive placements actively and meet conversion targets.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and lead quality records.
