Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in a partner-facing role such as Strategic Partnerships, Key Account Management, or Relationship Management.
  • Proven track record of owning commercial partnerships end-to-end.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and influencing senior decision-makers.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts to gain alignment across teams.
  • Comfortable using data to drive strategy, build forecasts, and analyze performance.
  • Autonomous operator in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • AI-native mindset and proficiency with AI tools to automate workflows.
  • Experience in fintech, embedded finance, SaaS, or payments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with payment processors, ISVs, marketplaces, or technology platform ecosystems (preferred).
  • Track record scaling partnerships from early-stage to high-growth (preferred).
  • Experience with API-driven or technology integration partnerships (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue targets, growth strategy, and joint business planning for a portfolio of partners.
  • Coordinate commercial expansions, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Track and forecast partnership-driven revenue and key performance metrics.
  • Manage relationships at business, product, and technical levels.
  • Lead regular partner touch points and QBRs.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Risk) to drive initiatives.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing and co-selling plans.
  • Build playbooks and frameworks to scale the partnerships function.
