Requirements
- 6–10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and GTM execution
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions using customer insights and analytics
- Experience building and presenting business cases to executive stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Contractor Management product line
- Establish and maintain a clear prioritization framework
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate roadmap trade-offs
- Define customer and buyer value by persona and vertical
- Lead a structured research process including customer interviews and workflow analysis
- Develop business cases for future investment
- Partner with Product Marketing on GTM strategy
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and retention
- Partner with Product Owners to translate strategy into outcomes
