Requirements

- Over 3 years of product management experience delivering technology-driven products or platforms.
- Experience within the healthcare space is highly preferred.
- Proven experience launching and scaling new tech products in technology, financial services, healthcare, or top-tier consulting.
- Ownership experience delivering platform capabilities such as APIs, data platforms, or workflow platforms.
- Outstanding learning agility.
- Strong product judgment and ability to frame ambiguous problems.
- Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor.
- Deep partnership experience with engineering, design, and data.
- Experience measuring success through adoption, leverage, and long-term impact.
Responsibilities
- Own product outcomes from problem definition through delivery and iteration.
- Set clear product direction by synthesizing customer needs, market dynamics, data, and business context.
- Lead cross-functional teams through influence, aligning engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Drive execution in ambiguity, maintaining momentum and making sound tradeoffs.
- Rapidly ramp into new domains and platforms.
- Communicate clearly with senior leaders about product decisions, risks, and priorities.
- Raise the product bar, modeling ownership and high standards.
- Contribute to the evolution of the product organization.
