Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven media buying experience with a successful track record in e-commerce and B2B marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and cross-channel campaign management.
  • In-depth understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing strategies, CAC, LTV, and ROAS metrics.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and data interpretation for performance optimization.
  • Experience managing large-scale international campaigns and diverse markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and manage multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, and display networks.
  • Design and execute full-funnel strategies including awareness, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve strong ROI and ROAS.
  • Track key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversions) and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Build smart targeting strategies using analytics and segmentation tools.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers to continuously improve performance.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and attribution platforms to analyze results and produce actionable recommendations.
  • Present performance insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with creative, content, SEO, and sales teams.
  • Drive direct-to-consumer conversions and nurture B2B leads.
