Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on experience across Amazon Search, Display, and DSP.
  • Proven success scaling DTC consumer brands on Amazon.
  • Strong command of keyword management, bid optimization, and budget pacing.
  • High fluency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Strong operational judgment and real-time decision-making skills.
  • Comfort operating independently with full accountability for results.
  • Speed- and precision-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Fully own Amazon Ads backend end-to-end (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP).
  • Maintain clean, scalable campaign and portfolio structures.
  • Execute daily optimizations across branded and non-branded search.
  • Manage keyword harvesting, bid adjustments, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor and optimize performance at both SKU-level and portfolio-level.
  • Upload, test, rotate, and optimize creative formats.
  • Make fast, data-driven optimization decisions using ROAS, CPA, CPM, CPC, and CVR.
  • Collaborate with growth and creative teams to align with revenue targets.
