Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic).
  • Proven success managing performance-based campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads and LSAs.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with conversion tracking tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, LSAs, YouTube) and Meta campaigns.
  • Manage and analyze daily performance metrics such as CPL, cost per lead, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Implement data-driven optimizations to improve lead quality and lower acquisition costs.
  • Monitor budget pacing, keyword strategies, ad copy testing, and audience targeting.
  • Ensure ad creatives and campaigns adhere to industry and platform regulations.
  • Partner with Account Management to deliver strategic recommendations and performance insights.
  • Attend client calls to explain performance and strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Creative teams on messaging and landing page strategy.
  • Build comprehensive reports and dashboards highlighting key KPIs.
  • Continuously test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences.
