Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic).
- Proven success managing performance-based campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads and LSAs.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with conversion tracking tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, LSAs, YouTube) and Meta campaigns.
- Manage and analyze daily performance metrics such as CPL, cost per lead, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Implement data-driven optimizations to improve lead quality and lower acquisition costs.
- Monitor budget pacing, keyword strategies, ad copy testing, and audience targeting.
- Ensure ad creatives and campaigns adhere to industry and platform regulations.
- Partner with Account Management to deliver strategic recommendations and performance insights.
- Attend client calls to explain performance and strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Creative teams on messaging and landing page strategy.
- Build comprehensive reports and dashboards highlighting key KPIs.
- Continuously test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences.
