Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience with media buying
  • Experience with DTC/e-Commerce businesses
  • Able to interpret data trends and offer intelligible insights to clients
  • Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection
  • Ability to work in US time zone (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, buy, and optimize media across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, programmatic, or traditional
  • Analyze audience insights, performance data, and trends to inform media strategy
  • Work closely with internal team to align media plans with campaign objectives
  • Negotiate rates, placements, and value-added media opportunities with vendors and platforms
  • Manage media budgets, track KPIs, and produce reports on performance
  • Continuously test and iterate on strategies to improve campaign efficiency and outcomes
  • Put on your analytical hat to decipher trends and patterns from interactive reports, providing game-changing insights that enhance growth
  • Keep in tune with the latest ad regulations and industry trends
