Requirements
- 5–7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Significant experience in platform, infrastructure, or shared services.
- Experience working with cloud-native architectures and highly distributed systems.
- Proven experience defining and executing go-to-market strategy for platform or API / data products.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
- Experience creating and scaling internal or externalized platforms.
- Strong technical background or fluency.
- Proven track record of successful product or platform launches.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Set overall vision, strategy, and success measures for the Pindrop Platform.
- Manage organization goals, business metrics, and KPIs for the platform.
- Define how shared platform capabilities evolve to support product lines.
- Own and maintain prioritized platform roadmaps.
- Write clear user and system narratives for platform capabilities.
- Drive end-to-end execution for platform initiatives from discovery to launch.
- Work with engineering to deliver high-quality platform services, APIs, and data products.
- Collaborate with GTM partners to position platform capabilities and accelerate adoption.
