Requirements
- 3+ years experience in bot management, fraud, or abuse platforms
- Strong cross-functional leadership and execution skills
- Ability to translate customer problems into product requirements
- Experience with data-informed decision making and success metrics
- Familiarity with precision/recall trade-offs and model/rule iteration
- Understanding of privacy and regulatory constraints like GDPR/CCPA
- Technical fluency in web technologies and automation techniques
- Experience with detection signal pipelines and feature engineering
- Experience building products combining heuristic and ML approaches
Responsibilities
- Set mission, vision, and strategy for Bot Detection product line
- Own the roadmap across detection capabilities, taxonomy, and UX
- Drive expansion of detection coverage for AI assistants and automation
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to define evaluation methodology and quality targets
- Define and ship customer-facing product surfaces like dashboards and APIs
- Partner with GTM teams on value messaging, pricing, and launch planning
- Operate as single-threaded owner across cross-functional teams
