Engineering at Injective Labs

As an engineer at Injective Labs, you will solve complex challenges in building high-performance, scalable, and secure decentralized finance infrastructure. You will work on core blockchain components, focusing on consensus mechanisms, state management, and financial applications. The technical environment involves both cloud and bare metal environments, supporting low-latency trading workloads and high-throughput messaging systems like Kafka or Redpanda. You will design, deploy, and operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters, manage application delivery with Helm and ArgoCD (GitOps workflows), and build infrastructure using Pulumi and Ansible. The team prioritizes robust security, battle-tested technologies, and unmatched infrastructure to maximize uptime and rewards for the Web3 ecosystem. Injective's execution layer utilizes an efficient WebAssembly (WASM) path, enabling contracts to run at a significantly lower cost compared to equivalent EVM implementations.
