Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience on developer tools, or ex-founder experience.
- Technical proficiency to read architecture documentation and participate in design discussions.
- Experience shipping products where database behavior is central to the user experience.
- Familiarity with Postgres ecosystem including extensions and community.
- Strong product instincts and ability to prioritize features.
- Biased toward speed and iterative shipping.
- Capable of working asynchronously without constant meetings.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline product management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Engage with developers to identify blockers and gather requirements.
- Lead the production adoption of Multigres.
- Define success metrics and migration paths for new infrastructure features.
- Own problem definition and scoping for the Postgres platform.
- Prioritize platform reliability, developer experience, and enterprise requirements.
- Align engineering, design, and leadership on roadmap execution.
- Conduct hands-on product testing and prototyping.
