Requirements

  • 6+ years of event management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record managing trade shows and multi-day conferences end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated experience with budget ownership.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive communication skills.
  • Experience working independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to travel to events across North America as required (6–10 trips per year).
  • Familiarity with event registration platforms (e.g. Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end logistics for all trade shows and industry conferences.
  • Manage booth design, shipping, setup, and teardown coordination.
  • Source and manage event vendors including AV, print, swag, and signage suppliers.
  • Coordinate internal staffing, travel logistics, and briefing materials.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of annual client conference (Elevate).
  • Manage venue contracts, catering, registration, and on-site logistics.
  • Own and maintain the event budget across all activities.
  • Provide post-event summaries including attendance, spend, and key outcomes.
