Experience building and scaling analytics functions impacting business growth.
Familiar with data modeling, SQL, and BI tools like Looker.
Ability to design and lead A/B tests and interpret results.
Experience managing and supporting analysts and building high-performance teams.
Passion for gaming and understanding of player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Experience integrating AI tools into analytics workflows.

Drive the roadmap and execution for Game Studio, Platform, and Publishing Analytics.
Act as a thought partner and strategic advisor to cross-functional leadership.
Serve as the primary stakeholder interface, managing expectations and project delivery.
Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering to implement scalable analytics frameworks.
Oversee design and delivery of key gaming and publishing dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with Data org for infrastructure, governance, tracking plans, and pipelines.
Stay ahead of industry trends and analytical methodologies.
Champion best practices in experimentation, measurement, and performance analytics.
Champion the adoption of AI-enabled workflows across the analytics function.
