- Proven track record of using data analysis to influence game feature development.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and operational excellence skills.
- Experience building and scaling analytics functions impacting business growth.
- Familiar with data modeling, SQL, and BI tools like Looker.
- Ability to design and lead A/B tests and interpret results.
- Experience managing and supporting analysts and building high-performance teams.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Experience integrating AI tools into analytics workflows.
Responsibilities
- Drive the roadmap and execution for Game Studio, Platform, and Publishing Analytics.
- Act as a thought partner and strategic advisor to cross-functional leadership.
- Serve as the primary stakeholder interface, managing expectations and project delivery.
- Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering to implement scalable analytics frameworks.
- Oversee design and delivery of key gaming and publishing dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with Data org for infrastructure, governance, tracking plans, and pipelines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and analytical methodologies.
- Champion best practices in experimentation, measurement, and performance analytics.
- Champion the adoption of AI-enabled workflows across the analytics function.
