Requirements
- Experience in program management, product management, business operations, or strategy-and-ops.
- Background in smaller or scale-stage businesses.
- Project/program discipline background.
- Solid business modeling skills (revenue, cost, margin) in Excel or Sheets.
- Comfort diagnosing cross-functional problems.
- Working fluency with AI tools.
- Technical curiosity to ask questions of engineers and automation platforms.
- Data analytics chops (SQL, dashboarding).
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end build of zero-to-one initiatives.
- Install project discipline across leadership initiatives.
- Act as the business-case clearinghouse to pressure-test ideas.
- Support the VP Finance on FP&A for new products.
- Design and stand up scorecards and dashboards.
- Architect new team or department launches.
- Unblock the COO on cross-functional projects.
