  • High ownership mindset with the ability to both design and execute operational solutions independently.
  • Experience with operational, revenue, pricing, or go-to-market process optimization initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterprise customers, commercial operations, or complex contracting environments is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, business data structures, and operational workflows.
  • Interest or experience in AI tools, automation, or system design approaches (hands-on experience is a plus).
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • A learning mindset with curiosity toward AI-driven transformation and scalable system design.

Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate complex enterprise deal workflows from pricing through contracting and customer handoff, ensuring smooth cross-functional execution.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and enhance the customer lifecycle experience.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve business processes including pricing governance, approvals, contracting, and operational readiness.
  • Identify bottlenecks and scaling risks across go-to-market operations and drive structured, practical solutions.
  • Develop and optimize AI-driven workflows and automation systems to reduce manual work and improve operational speed and accuracy.
  • Build and deploy agentic tools and AI-enabled systems to support decision-making, workflow orchestration, and business operations.
  • Enhance key business functions such as pricing analysis, contract generation, workflow routing, and operational reporting through automation.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning monetization, onboarding, partnerships, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Define and track operational KPIs, improve reporting frameworks, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to special projects that improve scalability, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.
