Responsibilities
- Serve as the central coordinator for complex enterprise opportunities from pricing through contract execution and customer handoff.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to improve operational efficiency.
- Structure and review commercial terms for pricing integrity and scalability.
- Design and implement AI-first workflows and agentic solutions to compress cycle times.
- Build and deploy AI copilots and orchestration layers to support operational decision-making.
- Support high-impact operational and strategic initiatives including pricing strategy and lifecycle optimization.
- Define KPIs and operational reporting standards.
