Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances in SaaS, EPM, or CPM sectors.
  • Experience in partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement.
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategies and partner enablement best practices.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset for tracking and reporting partner performance.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Experience working with consulting, advisory, or systems integration partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and contract new implementation and reseller partners.
  • Lead structured onboarding programs for partners.
  • Train partners on GTM strategies, product value, and technical capabilities.
  • Enable partner technical teams through workshops and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance to help partners achieve business goals.
  • Co-develop business plans focusing on lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns and demand generation.
  • Coordinate with internal Sales, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams.
