- Identify, recruit, and contract new implementation and reseller partners.
- Lead structured onboarding programs for partners.
- Train partners on GTM strategies, product value, and technical capabilities.
- Enable partner technical teams through workshops and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Provide strategic guidance to help partners achieve business goals.
- Co-develop business plans focusing on lead generation and revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on partner performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns and demand generation.
