Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in SaaS, restaurant technology, or security.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and managing long, complex sales cycles.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Deep understanding of franchise models and multi-unit restaurant operations.
  • Strong network within the restaurant industry.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to build ROI-driven business cases.
  • Must undergo a criminal records check upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise opportunities within the restaurant industry.
  • Develop strategic account plans for target restaurant brands and ownership groups.
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and industry events.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery and demo through procurement and close.
  • Navigate complex restaurant buying committees including C-level executives and operations leaders.
  • Build trusted executive relationships and act as a strategic partner to customers.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and multi-location rollout opportunities.
  • Serve as a strategic voice by identifying industry trends and shaping go-to-market strategy.
