Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in SaaS, restaurant technology, or security.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and managing long, complex sales cycles.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Deep understanding of franchise models and multi-unit restaurant operations.
- Strong network within the restaurant industry.
- Expertise in Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to build ROI-driven business cases.
- Must undergo a criminal records check upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise opportunities within the restaurant industry.
- Develop strategic account plans for target restaurant brands and ownership groups.
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and industry events.
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery and demo through procurement and close.
- Navigate complex restaurant buying committees including C-level executives and operations leaders.
- Build trusted executive relationships and act as a strategic partner to customers.
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and multi-location rollout opportunities.
- Serve as a strategic voice by identifying industry trends and shaping go-to-market strategy.
