Requirements
- Proven CPO or senior product leadership experience

- Fluent in game math: RTP, variance, hit rates, edge modelling
- Deep understanding of the gambler mindset
- Ideally crypto-native
- Comfortable building a team and function from zero
- Track record of shipping products that moved the needle on aggressive timelines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Own the full product vision and roadmap across casino, sportsbook, and games
- Drive the PvP games roadmap: zero-edge prediction markets, real-world event betting, skill-based formats
- Design and ship original games from concept to mechanics and math
- Build and lead a product team from scratch
- Work closely with engineering and design to ship fast and ship right
- Use player behaviour, data, and instinct to find what to build next
- Kill bad ideas quickly
- Be a product voice the whole company trusts
