Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in developer tools or equivalent founder experience.
- Technical proficiency to engage with architecture docs and design discussions.
- Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem, including Anthropic, OpenAI, and agent harnesses.
- Evidence of shipping products that address infrastructure agent-friendliness.
- Biased toward speed and iterative shipping.
- Experience using tools like CLI, MCP servers, and agent-native configurations.
- Proven ability to work asynchronously and document decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Rethink the PM role for agentic workflows.
- Manage the roadmap for MCP server, agent skills, and evaluation frameworks.
- Engage with users from indie developers to enterprise teams.
- Define clear requirements and constraints for engineering projects.
- Prioritize agent plugin requests, reliability, and discoverability.
- Establish success metrics including developer activation and AI eval scores.
- Align cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and leadership.
