Requirements
- Experience owning B2B software products in a cloud-native environment.
- Strong Kubernetes domain knowledge including node lifecycle, autoscaling, and cloud infrastructure economics.
- Hold or commit to obtaining a Kubernetes certification (CKA) within 6 months.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (LLMs, coding assistants) in product work.
- Hands-on experience defining and tracking product metrics in B2B SaaS.
- Excellent writing skills for technical and business audiences.
- Direct enterprise customer experience and discovery interview skills.
- Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end-to-end - from discovery through delivery and adoption.
- Drive customer and market discovery through user engagement, Proof of Value cycles, and competitive analysis.
- Use AI tools and LLMs actively in daily workflows for synthesis, research, and summarization.
- Define and track product metrics using data to inform prioritization.
- Write clear product narratives, including PR/FAQs and feature briefs.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, sales, and support to drive prioritization.
- Identify and lead process improvements within the Product Management team.
