Requirements
- Experience owning B2B software products in cloud-native environments.
- Strong Kubernetes domain knowledge including node lifecycle, autoscaling, and cloud infrastructure economics.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools like LLMs or coding assistants.
- Hands-on experience defining and tracking product metrics in B2B SaaS.
- Excellent writing skills for technical and business audiences.
- Direct experience with enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with outcome-driven product management practices.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end-to-end from discovery through delivery and adoption.
- Drive customer and market discovery through engagement, Proof of Value, and competitive analysis.
- Use AI tools and LLMs for discovery synthesis, spec drafting, and research.
- Define and track product metrics using data to inform prioritization.
- Write structured product narratives such as PR/FAQs and feature briefs.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, sales, and support to unblock execution.
- Identify and lead process improvements within the Product Management team.
