  • 5+ years of experience as a top-performing sales professional
  • Deep understanding of the mid-market hotel ecosystem
  • Proven track record of selling to independent hotels and groups and driving ARR growth
  • Expertise in hospitality technology and PMS systems
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proven success in building pipelines independently without BDR/SDR support
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM
  • German language fluency

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a sales strategy targeting independent hotels and groups
  • Deliver on sales forecasts to ensure achievement of ambitious goals
  • Conduct exceptional virtual client presentations
  • Represent Cloudbeds at major industry events
  • Provide feedback from the field to sales leadership, product, and marketing teams
