Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

- Familiarity with healthcare terminology.

Responsibilities
- Manage client calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings in both English and Mandarin.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and their Mandarin-speaking patients/providers.
- Translate documents, emails, and communications between English and Mandarin.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
- Handle customer service inquiries professionally in both languages.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain service quality.
