Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage client calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings in both English and Mandarin.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and their Mandarin-speaking patients/providers.
  • Translate documents, emails, and communications between English and Mandarin.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
  • Handle customer service inquiries professionally in both languages.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain service quality.
