Requirements
- Previous experience in a Virtual Assistant, Admin, Operations, or Accounts Support role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident handling phone and email communication
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with Simpro preferred
- Experience with Xero is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
Responsibilities
- Daily reporting of all technician jobs completed in Simpro
- Daily invoicing of completed technician jobs through Simpro
- Monitor and manage the general enquiries inbox
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Assist with booking and scheduling jobs into technician calendars
- Communicate with customers and technicians via phone and email
- Initiate troubleshooting procedures for equipment breakdowns
- Mark off paid invoices in Simpro daily
- Follow up outstanding invoices via phone and email
