Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Virtual Assistant, Admin, Operations, or Accounts Support role
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident handling phone and email communication
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience with Simpro preferred
  • Experience with Xero is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment

Responsibilities

  • Daily reporting of all technician jobs completed in Simpro
  • Daily invoicing of completed technician jobs through Simpro
  • Monitor and manage the general enquiries inbox
  • Provide general administrative support across the business
  • Assist with booking and scheduling jobs into technician calendars
  • Communicate with customers and technicians via phone and email
  • Initiate troubleshooting procedures for equipment breakdowns
  • Mark off paid invoices in Simpro daily
  • Follow up outstanding invoices via phone and email
