- Minimum 5 years experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients
- Experience managing a portfolio of SME clients with scope ranging from bookkeeping to taxation services
- Excellent command of client communication and delivery organisation

- Sound judgement and structured thinking
- Experience using data to support strategies and review success
- Excitement for utilizing software and automation to scale business
Responsibilities
- Provide accounting and tax services to a portfolio of Australian startup and SME clients
- Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients
- BAS preparation and submission
- Tax return preparation and submission
- Provide supervision and control for remote bookkeeping clients
- Advising and engaging with clients on various accounting & taxation matters
- Hire, train, nurture and grow a team of like minded accountants
